Two-Year Paint Warranty

We guarantee all labor and materials for two years on at least two-coat work. Deck floors are not covered.

If paint failure appears due to contractor’s negligence, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the condition as indicated above. Recurring structural cracks and damage from naturally occurring dirt or grime are not covered.
